This is a lo-fi version of Glitch City Laboratories, meant for backup purposes. Everyone is encouraged to download a backup of the site every time one is made available, to prevent loss of all the research and data contained within GCL, should the website crash or something, which would really suck. The Glitch City Labs Team gives authorization for anyone to host this backup on their own website.

Description of Effects
TM09 is a glitch move that works like Selfdestruct, causing the user to faint after the attack. However, it has the same low accuracy typical to all glitch moves, making it extremely risky to use. Unlike many other glitch moves, however, the effect is well worth it. TM09's power is 255, the highest number that can be contained in one byte, and therefore the highest power that an attack in Pokémon can have. This puts its power level above even Explosion, if only by a little.
